Radha, also known as Udaya Chandrika, is a renowned Indian film actress who predominantly worked in Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, Kannada, and Hindi films. She was born on July 3, 1965, in Kallara, Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala, India. Radha made her acting debut in the Tamil film "Alaigal Oivathillai" in 1981. She gained widespread recognition and popularity with her performances in films like "Mella Thirandhathu Kadhavu," "Nallavanuku Nallavan," "Kodi Parakuthu," "Nirakkoottu," and "Idaya Kovil." Radha acted with several popular actors like Kamal Haasan, Rajinikanth, Sivaji Ganesan, and Mohanlal. Apart from acting, Radha is also a trained classical dancer and has performed in various dance shows. She has also won several awards for her acting, including the Tamil Nadu State Film Award for Best Actress for her performance in "Mudhal Mariyadhai." In her personal life, Radha was married to the film director Bharathiraja, with whom she has two children. However, the couple later got divorced.
